Returns & Refunds Policy

We are a Tennessee small business, located in Hermitage, TN. For purposes of any of our policies, when we say stuff like “We” and “Us,” we mean StramMade3D, the Company. By placing an order through our website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Product Availability

Due to the wide variety of colors we offer, all StramMade3D products are made to order.

Fulfillment Times

Orders are typically fulfilled within 5-10 days of order placement. During high volume time, such as Christmas, print times can run 1-2 weeks. If you have questions about how long your order will take to fulfill, please contact us at help@strammade.com

 Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded for any returns. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@strammade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
