- 2 (two) Stainless Steel Phillips Head Screws
The two small bumpers on the underside of the grate help keep it properly aligned and level with the landing pad for a clean, secure fit.

Couldn't load pickup availability
To be fair, customer service was wonderful—we originally had a mix-up where Wonder Woman bean bags were shipped to us in error, but Tracy was extremely friendly and very quick to get the replacement sent out. I felt bad for her, but unfortunately, the product itself just isn't up to par.
First, the screws supplied with the metal seed grate were too short, so we had to find our own hardware just to make it work. Second, we bought this hoping to keep the squirrels out of our Bird Buddy, but the squirrels don't care at all—they just pushed right past it. We found it lying on the ground the next morning. Now we're likely going to have to end up moving the birdfeeder entirely, which defeats the purpose. The shop definitely needs some work on their quality control and shipping checks! As for the Metal Seed Grate itself, the intended purpose of the metal seed grate isn’t to deter or prevent squirrels from accessing the feeder. Rather, it was created to prevent squirrels from chewing through and damaging plastic seed grates. The stainless steel construction provides a durable barrier that squirrels can’t chew through, helping protect the feeder from that type of damage. This is in the product description, but I completely understand how the product’s purpose could be interpreted differently, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t as clear as it could have been.
