Replacement Magnet for Bird Buddy
Replacement Magnet for Bird Buddy
Restore your Bird Buddy's camera module with a Replacement Magnet. Simply snap in or attach with super glue (not included) and get back to enjoying bird watching.
📬 SHIPPING: Unless otherwise selected at checkout, if purchased alone, the Replacement Magnets are mailed out via USPS First Class Mail to help keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please note, First Class Mail does not offer tracking services, if you require tracking, please select an alternative shipping service at checkout.
⚠️ Please be aware, the magnet is not designed to hold the camera into the Bird Buddy. All the magnet is for is to activate the camera as explained here on BB’s site: Magnet Detection
If your camera is falling out of the BB, it is recommend to use a set screw to keep the BB camera in place. This used to be provided with the original packaging, so depending on when the unit was purchased, the part may have been included with the feeder. If not, Bird Buddy's site states the screw is an M3*8mm size screw (link below, see step #2).

I was sad when I lost the magnet to my bird Buddy but I was lucky enough to find a company, StramMade, that carried that very item. I ordered the magnet on Christmas Day and received the magnet on January 14. I ordered by USPS first class mail, which is offered by SteamMade to keep the price down, so the delivery takes a bit longer, and with the holiday in the mix it took longer to receive my item. So don’t fret if the delivery takes time if there are reasons for the delay. I did email StramMade to ask about the delay and spoke to Tracy, who delivered extraordinary customer service and put my mind at ease regarding the delivery. I highly recommend ordering from StramMade if they have an item you need. You won’t be sorry as they excel in every way.
Nice to be able to find a replacement for my Bird Buddy magnet. Had to contact customer service and was treated as if I was a big time spender... the battery cost $3.00... SMILE
Magnet for my bird buddy was lost and I ordered a replacement. Good price, fast response. Received in just 4 days.
